Dr. Monique Andrews is a teacher and scholar in Embodied Neuroscience who leads seminars and workshops around the world.
As a long-time student of neuroscience, chiropractic, and Eastern spiritual practices, she presents from a unique perspective, blending modern tools with ancient wisdom. Drawing on years of intensive study and teaching, she has become an expert in embodied somatic practices and is an international award-winning speaker in the areas of Neuroscience, Polyvagal theory, and Nervous system regulation.
Through her work with The PRANA Foundation, she is a powerful guide and mentor for those drawn to evolving their own wisdom and easing the path for others. Dr. Mo’s vision is to elevate the consciousness of humanity.
